Your passwords are encrypted to protect your account. Chat messages and other uploaded files are stored securely, but chat content is not end-to-end encrypted.
You can delete your account at any time through the app by going to Account → Delete Account. When you delete your account: All personal and identifying data, including your profile information, will be permanently removed. Certain non-identifying data or information required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes may be retained, but it will no longer be linked to you personally. Your data is only shared with our internal team (architects, engineers, municipal specialists) to process your house plan requests. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
